Weekly Favorites!!

Every week I put together MY FAV. recipes!
I should try and do this twice a week because on Friday's I see a whole bunch of new
recipes that I want to feature and forget about the earlier stuff
There are SO MANY but here were this weeks
The Slow Roasted Italian - I think I could eat pasta and bread EVERY DAY of the week! She makes your mouth water with her descriptions of the food you don't even need a picture! She has made this week a Chicken Greek Salad (with pasta) that looks so delicious! This is a great dish to impress some people with. I love her blog because there is more than just Italian and more than your average Italian recipes! Anything that you can throw a tomato and basil in is GREAT in my book!

Cleanliness is Next to Godliness - I look forward to Emily's recipes because they are just so unique. You obviously want to be a hit when you make this for others and her recipes are not only uniuque but I had the pleasure of making her Salmon Pesto on Whole Wheat and I could not describe you how awesome it was! Emily made Shredded Zucchini and Parmesan Flat Bread. I would never think to add zucchini on this, but if she says to do it, I am trying it!

Care's Kitchen- Lamb Lamb Lamb... I think Lamb is so underrated. I do not know why people do not eat it more! So FREAKING DELICIOUS! On her blog she cooks some some wonderful Grilled Lamb Chops with Spicy Chili Cilantro Sauce. Although she says there not really cilantro in the sauce... INTERESTING! She has a CUTE blog with great recipes. I could pretty much leave work right now to go to her kitchen to get that Lamb!! Lamb is kind of expensive so the next time you happen to see it on sale TRY THIS RECIPE. I am going to make this for my dad for his birthday in August!!.

Whats Cooking With Mary -  Ceviche - I love Mary's blog. My favorite thing is that she has these printable recipes on there are are SO convenient! My boyfriends father is seriously ADDICTED to ceviche. I think he says it every time I go over to their house. The next visit we make Mary's Cevich is coming with me!

I promise you will NOT regret it! In fact you may even thank me *

  1. I love reading The Slow Roasted Italian. It doesn't hurt that I adore Miss Donna too! I just realized that I have her Oven Roasted Tomato Sauce in the oven as I write this. I must really like that chick.

  2. I'm glad you liked the recipe! I have to say, I had only tried this recipe when I ordered it at Taco Rosa a few months back (first time trying it at a restaurant)... BIG mistake! Theirs only had (stringy) fish, very little of anything else (cilantro, onion & I think that's all I could taste??) and was not spicy at all. I could hardly eat it ?! In my recipe...the mango and avocado really pumps up the flavor! Let me know if you end up taking it to your BF's father's. Curious to see what the 'ceviche addict' thinks ;) Have a great weekend!
